Printables & digital resources
Help with downloads and printing
If a SensoryGift printable or digital file is not downloading, opening, or printing as expected, these checks solve many common problems.
I downloaded a file but cannot find it
- Check your browser’s Downloads list or your device’s Downloads folder.
- On a phone or tablet, also check the Files app or the browser’s download icon.
- If you downloaded the file more than once, your device may have added a number to the filename.
- If the original download page is still available, try the download once more before contacting support.
The file will not open
First confirm that the download finished completely. If the file is a PDF, try opening it in your browser, your device’s built-in PDF viewer, or another trusted PDF reader. If the file appears incomplete or blank, download a fresh copy.
If it still will not open, contact support and tell us the name of the resource, the device you are using, and what happens when you try to open it.
The printable is the wrong size
Printer settings can automatically enlarge or shrink a page. If exact sizing matters, check the print preview and look for options such as Actual size, 100%, or a similar setting instead of automatically fitting the page.
Paper size, printer margins, and browser print settings can also change the final result.
Colors or page layout look different when printed
Screens and printers do not display color exactly the same way. Printer settings, ink or toner levels, grayscale mode, browser print options, and page scaling can all affect the result.
Check the print preview first. If the file itself appears damaged or elements are missing before printing, contact us so we can investigate the resource.
Saved app content
Backups, device changes, and restoring access
SensoryGift apps are designed to keep much of your everyday app content on your device. That makes backups especially important when changing devices or clearing browser data.
Moving to a new device?
Saved schedules, supports, favorites, settings, and other app content do not automatically appear on every device. If you still have access to the device where your work is saved, make a fresh backup before deleting the installed app, clearing website data, resetting your browser, or moving to another device.
Choose your app for backup instructionsApps Pro is not showing?
If you already have Apps Pro but an app is showing Free, use the app’s Restore Access option or visit Apps Pro help. Restoring Apps Pro restores your paid access. It does not replace or recover schedules, plans, favorites, settings, or other content stored separately in the app.
Get Apps Pro helpBefore clearing browser or app data
Clearing site data, browser storage, or data belonging to an installed web app can remove locally saved content. Do not make this your first troubleshooting step if you have information you want to keep.
If the app still opens, create a current backup first whenever possible.
Backup and subscription access are different
A backup protects supported app content. Restoring a purchase or subscription restores paid feature access. One does not automatically perform the other, so use the correct recovery option for what is missing.
Accessibility
Accessibility help and feedback
SensoryGift is built for people with different needs, devices, attention demands, and ways of interacting with information. If something on the site, in an app, or in a digital resource creates a barrier, we want to know.
Tell us what is difficult to use
You can report an accessibility problem even if you do not know the technical cause. Helpful reports can include what you were trying to do, what made it difficult or impossible, which page or app you were using, and your device or browser if you know it.
Examples include text that is difficult to read, insufficient contrast, controls that are hard to identify, problems using a keyboard or assistive technology, distracting motion, zoom or text-size problems, or a layout that becomes unusable on your screen.
Report an accessibility issue- The page, app, or resource you were using
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device and browser, if known
- Any accessibility setting or assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it
Purchases & account access
Questions about a purchase?
For Apps Pro, printable purchases, or another SensoryGift digital purchase, contact us with enough information to locate the purchase without sending sensitive payment information.
What to include
- The product, printable, or subscription you are asking about
- The email address you used for the purchase, if applicable
- The approximate purchase date, if you know it
- A short description of the problem
What not to send
Do not email a password, full card number, bank information, or other payment credentials. Support should not need those details to investigate a normal purchase or access question.

Common SensoryGift support questions
Short answers to questions that apply across SensoryGift apps and digital resources.
Where should I start if a SensoryGift app is not working?
Check Updates & Known Issues first, then open the support page for the app you are using. Avoid deleting the app or clearing browser data as an early troubleshooting step if you have saved content you want to keep.
Will restoring Apps Pro bring back my saved schedules or other app content?
No. Restoring Apps Pro restores eligible paid access. Saved schedules, supports, favorites, settings, and other app content are handled separately. Use the backup and restore instructions for the specific app if saved content is missing.
Can support recover something I deleted from my device?
Recovery depends on what was deleted and whether a usable backup exists. Because much of the app’s everyday content can be stored locally, SensoryGift support may not have a server copy of content that was removed from your device. Check the app-specific support page for recovery options.
What should I do if a printable will not download or open?
Check your browser’s Downloads list and your device’s Downloads folder, confirm the download finished, and try a fresh copy if the file appears incomplete. If the problem continues, contact support with the resource name, your device, and what happens when you try to open it.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
Email Support@sensorygift.com. Tell us what you were trying to use and what made it difficult or impossible. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical information.
What information should I send with a support request?
Include the app, page, printable, or product involved; what you were trying to do; what happened instead; and your device or browser if known. An error message or screenshot can help when it does not contain private information.
Should I send payment details or private records to support?
No. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, medical records, therapy records, school records, client records, or other sensitive information that is not needed to explain the problem.
Still need help?
Contact SensoryGift support
If the information above does not solve the problem, send us a message. Tell us what you were using, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you know your device or browser, or saw an error message, include that too. A screenshot can help when it does not contain private information.
