Problems you may have encountered recently

These issues have already been fixed, but we keep them here for a while in case they explain something you saw.

ViziCues Resolved Aug. 30, 2026

Using a template for Today could also create a Saved copy

Some people could use a template for Today and then find that an extra copy appeared in Saved, even though they had not chosen to save it. This could also make it look like the Saved limit had been reached sooner than expected.

Fixed in ViziCues 2.0.80. Using a template for Today no longer creates a new Saved copy just because it was used for the day.
ViziCues Resolved Aug. 27, 2026

An app update could take too long to finish on some iPhones or iPads

On some Apple devices, ViziCues could remain on its updating/startup screen longer than it should after a new version was released.

Resolved before the current release. Update handling was changed so an older service-worker session does not keep the app waiting indefinitely.

Apps Pro checkout or restore could fail on some iPads

Some iPad users could see a generic error when starting Apps Pro checkout or requesting an access-recovery email, even while the server-side service itself was working.

Fixed in ViziCues 2.0.59. The app’s connection and response handling was made more reliable across supported Apple devices.
ViziCues Resolved Aug. 30, 2026

A tab that was already open could briefly keep showing earlier behavior

If ViziCues had already been open in a browser tab when a new release went live, that tab could continue using the version it had already loaded until it was reopened.

If you saw this: close that ViziCues tab or installed app and open it again while online. Your saved content does not need to be cleared.
