Daily schedule board
A clean board with Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and All Done sections. Each section has 4 spaces, so the page encourages short routines instead of overcrowding the board.
60 everyday activity tiles
Routine, school, home, outings, learning, play, rest, and self-care tiles.
Sensory support tiles
Includes lap pad, headphones, calm corner, fidgets, heavy work, animal walks, sensory bin, body sock, and more.
Why families and support teams use visual schedules
Visual schedules can make the day feel less surprising. Instead of repeating every step out loud, you can point to the next picture, show what is coming, and move finished tasks into the All Done area.
- Helps kids see what is happening now and next.
- Supports smoother transitions between routines.
- Gives caregivers a simple way to preview the day.
- Can reduce power struggles around repeated directions.
What makes this set different
This set includes everyday routine tiles plus sensory support tiles, so the schedule can show both what needs to happen and what support may help the child get through it.
- Built around real daily routines, not just generic icons.
- Includes calming, movement, heavy work, tactile, and auditory supports.
- Includes a blank tile page for custom activities.
- Designed to stay clear, simple, and printable.
How to use the set
Print at actual size
Use US Letter paper and choose Actual Size or 100 percent in your printer settings.
Cut the tiles
Cut along the light guide lines. Laminate first if you want extra durability.
Build the day
Choose up to 4 tiles for each section, or use the board as a short routine board and reset it after that routine is finished.
Move to All Done
When each step is finished, move the tile into the All Done column. If All Done fills up, clear it before starting the next routine.

Simple by design

- Use one section for a quick routine, such as morning, after school, or bedtime.
- Choose 3 or 4 tiles at a time so the next steps feel manageable.
- Move finished tiles to All Done, then reset the board for the next routine.

Best for
| Use case | How this set helps |
|---|---|
| Morning routines | Use a 3- or 4-step morning board, such as wake up, bathroom, get dressed, breakfast. Then reset or swap in brush teeth, shoes, backpack, or school. |
| After-school routines | Use a short sequence, such as snack, break, homework, and outside time. Swap in chores, dinner, bath, or wind down later. |
| Sensory support planning | Add supports like lap pad, headphones, heavy work, calm corner, fidget toy, or deep breaths before hard transitions. |
| Therapy or classroom carryover | Use the same visual language across home, therapy, school, or care settings. |
| Custom routines | Use the blank tile page to write in activities that are specific to your child, classroom, or therapy plan. |

Use tips
- Start with 3 or 4 tiles in one section if the full board feels like too much.
- Preview the next 2 or 3 steps before a transition.

- For toddlers, show one routine at a time when possible.
- For repeat use, keep the board in an easy-to-reach spot.
