These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.sensorygift.com/ and any related pages, content, tools, apps, downloads, emails, printables, subscriptions, digital products, and services we make available through the site or through SensoryGift apps that link to these Terms.
By using SensoryGift, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, apps, downloads, or related services.
Who we are
SensoryGift is a content, tools, printables, and app website focused on sensory supports, visual supports, low-demand reset tools, routines, everyday regulation ideas, product recommendations, and related resources. SensoryGift is designed to help readers and app users explore practical, plain-language support options.
SensoryGift apps may include Reset, ViziCues, SensyCues, and other related tools or app experiences. These apps are intended to support organization, communication, routines, self-advocacy, sensory support planning, and everyday reset strategies.
Important support boundary
SensoryGift is provided for general educational, informational, organizational, and everyday support purposes only.
SensoryGift content, apps, downloads, printables, quizzes, tools, recommendations, and support suggestions are not medical advice, mental health care, occupational therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, crisis care, legal advice, school compliance advice, individualized educational advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation.
You should use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed, especially for health, safety, developmental, therapeutic, educational, legal, mental health, behavioral, crisis, or emergency concerns.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, needs urgent medical care, may hurt themselves or someone else, or is experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service. SensoryGift is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent situations.
No guarantees
We aim to provide useful, practical, and honest information, but we do not guarantee that every page, app feature, download, printable, recommendation, or support idea is complete, current, error-free, available, or suitable for every person or situation.
Sensory tools, routines, products, apps, supports, scripts, timers, printables, and strategies can affect people differently. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, result, safety outcome, therapeutic result, school result, behavior change, or health result from using SensoryGift.
Use with children, students, clients, or supported people
SensoryGift may be used by adults, parents, caregivers, educators, therapists, and support people. If you use SensoryGift with a child, student, client, patient, or another supported person, you are responsible for deciding whether the content, app feature, printable, routine, or support idea is appropriate for that person and setting.
Do not enter sensitive medical, diagnosis, school, therapy, legal, emergency, child/client, student, patient, or highly private personal information into SensoryGift apps, forms, support requests, backups, exports, printables, or emails unless you understand the risk and choose to do so.
SensoryGift does not create, manage, verify, or monitor clinical care plans, school safety plans, IEPs, 504 plans, behavior plans, therapy plans, medical plans, crisis plans, or legal compliance documents.
Apps, tools, quizzes, and downloads
SensoryGift may offer apps, quizzes, app pages, printables, visual supports, guides, checklists, scripts, timers, reset cards, support pages, templates, exports, backup tools, or other interactive tools. These materials are provided for informational, organizational, educational, and everyday support purposes only.
You are responsible for how you use any app feature, printable, quiz result, support suggestion, exported file, downloaded file, backup file, shared file, or generated page from SensoryGift.
Some app features may allow you to save, favorite, customize, export, import, print, share, or delete local app information. You are responsible for reviewing anything you save, export, print, send, import, or share.
SensoryGift apps
Reset
Reset is a low-demand support app for hard moments, reset cards, tiny steps, body checks, timers, scripts, support pages, and related tools. Reset is not a crisis service, treatment tool, diagnosis tool, therapy service, medical device, or emergency support service.
ViziCues
ViziCues is a visual schedule and routine support app. ViziCues can help organize routines and visual steps, but it is not a guarantee of behavior change, compliance, task completion, educational progress, or clinical improvement.
SensyCues
SensyCues is a sensory support and outcome-tracking app. SensyCues can help users try supports and notice patterns, but it is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or emergency service.
No account required for core app use
Core SensoryGift app use may not require a SensoryGift account. Some app features are designed to work locally in your browser or on your device. Paid features, restore flows, subscriptions, support requests, checkout, downloads, or email communications may require information handled by SensoryGift or third-party providers.
Local storage, offline use, and device responsibility
Some SensoryGift apps may store information locally in your browser or on your device using localStorage, IndexedDB, cache storage, or similar browser-based technologies. This may include preferences, saved routines, favorites, custom items, app-created content, settings, local history, or other app data depending on which features you use.
Local app data may be deleted if you clear browser data, use private browsing, change browsers, uninstall the app, reset the app, use delete controls, switch devices, or if your browser or device removes stored data. SensoryGift may not be able to recover local app data that is lost, cleared, deleted, or only stored on your device.
Some app features may continue to work after first load or while offline, but offline availability is not guaranteed. Browser caching, service workers, storage permissions, device settings, updates, and network conditions can affect whether an app works offline or whether saved data remains available.
Backups, exports, imports, printing, and sharing
Some SensoryGift apps may allow you to export a backup file, import a backup file, print a support page, save an image, or share app-created content. You are responsible for storing, protecting, reviewing, and managing any exported, printed, downloaded, shared, or imported files.
Before printing, downloading, exporting, importing, or sharing anything from a SensoryGift app, review it carefully. It may contain choices, text, routines, support notes, or other information you entered or selected.
SensoryGift is not responsible for lost local data, corrupted backups, imported files that do not work as expected, printed pages left in public places, shared files sent to the wrong person, or information you choose to include in exports, printouts, screenshots, emails, or shared files.
Cross-app handoffs
SensoryGift apps may offer optional handoffs between Reset, ViziCues, SensyCues, or other SensoryGift app experiences. For example, one app may open another app when a visual routine, sensory support, or reset tool may be helpful.
Cross-app handoffs are intended to be review-first. Opening another app does not mean that information has been automatically saved, logged, diagnosed, published, added to a schedule, or added to a record unless the app clearly offers that action and you choose it.
Handoff links may include limited, low-detail context such as the app source, a general support type, a safe route, or a non-sensitive identifier. Do not use handoff features to send private medical, diagnosis, school, therapy, emergency, legal, child/client, or highly sensitive information.
Apps Pro, subscriptions, restore, and paid features
SensoryGift may offer paid digital downloads, subscriptions, memberships, app upgrades, or Apps Pro features. Paid features may include additional saved/custom room, advanced print layouts, export options, reusable workflows, templates, or other features described on the relevant product, checkout, or Apps Pro page.
Paid features may change over time. We may add, remove, update, rename, limit, or modify features as the apps develop, as long as we do so in a way allowed by applicable law and any specific terms presented at checkout.
If you purchase Apps Pro or another paid offering, your access may depend on payment status, subscription status, restore status, account or checkout provider records, device/browser storage, internet access, and the availability of the relevant app or service.
Restore features are intended to help verify eligible purchases or subscriptions. Restore may not work if required purchase information is missing, unavailable, entered incorrectly, associated with a different email or provider, expired, refunded, canceled, or otherwise not recognized by the checkout or restore system.
Unless a specific checkout page or refund policy says otherwise, paid digital products, subscriptions, and downloads may be subject to additional purchase, cancellation, renewal, refund, or restore terms presented at checkout or on the applicable policy page.
Payments
If you purchase a paid product, app feature, subscription, membership, download, or other offering from SensoryGift, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on the SensoryGift website. Purchases may also be subject to additional terms presented by the payment provider, checkout provider, digital delivery provider, app page, product page, or subscription page.
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase, billing, and contact information and for keeping any subscription, payment method, or account information current where applicable.
Digital downloads and printables
SensoryGift may sell or provide digital downloads, printable products, templates, worksheets, guides, and related materials. Digital products are provided for personal, household, classroom, therapy-office, or internal support use only unless the product page or license clearly allows a broader use.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share publicly, give away, claim as your own, or use SensoryGift digital products as part of a competing product, public resource library, commercial bundle, training product, membership, or template collection without written permission.
Educators, therapists, caregivers, and support professionals may use purchased or free printables directly with the people they personally support, unless a product page says otherwise. Large-scale redistribution, public posting, file sharing, or commercial reuse is not allowed without written permission.
Product recommendations and affiliate links
SensoryGift may recommend products and may include affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click certain links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change our goal of providing useful, honest, and clearly framed information. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, product recommendations should not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, clinical, safety, or professional endorsements.
Product availability, pricing, features, safety details, suitability, age guidance, warnings, materials, seller policies, and retailer policies can change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing current product information directly on the retailer or manufacturer website before making a purchase or using a product.
Site content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on SensoryGift, including site text, design, graphics, branding, logos, downloads, printables, quizzes, app layouts, app copy, support cards, scripts, routines, templates, original images, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SensoryGift and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may browse the site and print or download a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use SensoryGift apps and downloads according to these Terms and any specific product or app instructions.
You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, upload, scrape, modify, create derivative works from, train systems on, or commercially exploit SensoryGift content, app content, downloads, printables, templates, or original materials without prior written permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
User content and information you enter
Some app features, forms, emails, support requests, custom tools, or downloads may allow you to enter, create, save, or submit text, choices, routines, notes, support ideas, or other information. You are responsible for what you enter, save, submit, export, print, or share.
You confirm that you have the right to submit any information you send to SensoryGift and that your submissions do not violate the rights, privacy, or safety of another person.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature ideas, testimonials, or similar comments to SensoryGift, you allow SensoryGift to use that feedback to improve, operate, describe, or develop the site, apps, products, and services without owing compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use

- use SensoryGift for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or unsafe purposes
- attempt to interfere with site, app, checkout, payment, or service operation
- scrape, harvest, copy, or extract site or app content at scale
- introduce malicious code, malware, spam, or harmful files
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, payment flows, restore flows, or app features
- misrepresent your identity, purchase status, subscription status, or relationship to SensoryGift
- circumvent paid feature limits, access controls, restore systems, checkout systems, or app restrictions
- use SensoryGift content or tools to create a competing product or public content library without permission
- use the site or apps in a way that could harm SensoryGift, other users, service providers, or third parties
Third-party websites, retailers, and services
SensoryGift may link to third-party websites, retailers, payment providers, email platforms, app stores, embedded content, affiliate partners, checkout pages, digital delivery providers, and other external services. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, policies, practices, security, pricing, refunds, or support.
Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
Newsletter and communications
If you sign up for email updates, newsletters, waitlists, download delivery, product updates, or other opt-in communications, you agree to receive those communications from SensoryGift until you unsubscribe or otherwise opt out. Transactional or support-related messages, such as purchase receipts, download delivery, restore help, subscription notices, or direct support replies, may still be sent when needed to provide the service or respond to your request.
Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, change, suspend, limit, replace, remove, rename, or discontinue parts of the site, apps, downloads, features, paid offerings, free offerings, support content, or services at any time. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SensoryGift is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SensoryGift and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, savings, goodwill, local app data, saved items, downloads, backups, exports, imported data, subscription access, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, SensoryGift.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to SensoryGift will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SensoryGift and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of SensoryGift, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, your violation of another person’s rights, or information you submit, save, print, export, import, or share through SensoryGift.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site, apps, downloads, or related services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SensoryGift will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
