The Professional workspace is organized around Overview, Clients, and Templates. Start with the task you were trying to complete.

Did something suddenly change or stop working?

Check Updates & Known Issues first. Existing client work should not be cleared just to troubleshoot an access, sharing, or workspace problem.

Check current issues

Founding trial, access & billing

Starting Professional access, continuing after the trial, restoring access, and what stays available if access ends.

How does the SensyCues Professional founding trial work?

The current Founding Professional offer includes a 60-day trial with no card required. You verify the email you want to use for Professional access before the trial starts.

Each email can use the founding trial once.

Will I be charged automatically when the 60-day trial ends?

No. The current no-card founding trial does not automatically begin paid billing. When the trial ends, you choose whether to continue month to month at the current Founding Professional offer.

Stripe shows the exact monthly price before you confirm, and billing starts only when you choose to continue.

Can I start another 60-day trial after the first one ends?

No. The founding trial is one-time access for that email. After it ends, restore existing access or choose the paid monthly continuation if you want to keep active Professional features.

What happens to my client work if Professional access expires?

Existing client records are not deleted. Published client plans, reports, existing client information, backup, and restore remain available.

Client plans are never disabled just because the subscription expires. Active Professional access is required for new/ongoing Professional work such as creating clients, publishing plan versions, secure sharing, and other gated Professional actions.
How do I restore Professional access on this device?

Open the Professional access area and choose Restore access. Use the purchase/account email and Professional restore code.

Restoring access checks the account for this device. It does not start or extend a trial, and it does not restore locally saved client workspace data.

I lost my restore code. Can I replace it?

Yes. Use the restore-code recovery option and verify your account email. SensyCues can create a replacement restore code after successful email verification.

Replacing a restore code does not start or extend Professional access and does not recover local client records.

What does “Device limit reached” mean?

Professional access can be active on up to 5 browser devices. If too many devices are already active, restore can be blocked on another device.

Existing Professional data already stored on the device remains readable/recoverable. Contact support if you need help with the active-device limit.

Professional workspace overview

Understanding Overview, Clients, Templates, and the work queue.

What are the main Professional workspace sections?
  • Overview brings the work that needs attention together.
  • Clients contains each local client workspace and its plans, reports, reviews, and versions.
  • Templates contains saved reusable plan structures and included starter templates.
What does the Overview work queue show?

Overview can surface:

  • Reports to review;
  • Reviews due;
  • saved draft plans; and
  • active published plans.

Clients needing attention are placed ahead of ordinary current work so you can open the next useful action quickly.

Are Professional clients mixed with my Personal SensyCues profiles?

No. Professional client records are separate from Personal SensyCues profiles, Today history, Personal Reports, and Personal support planning.

Clients

Client labels, local review dates, client workspaces, and keeping records separated.

What information do I need to add a client?

SensyCues Professional uses a local Client label. Use a non-identifying label where practical rather than a full legal name, record number, or unnecessary personal identifier.

Is the client label included in the plan I share?

No. The local client label and local review date stay on your device and are not included in the Shared Support Plan.

What stays together inside a client workspace?

A client workspace keeps that client’s support plans, published versions, shared progress reports, review status, summaries, and relevant share history together.

Can I edit the client label or review information later?

Yes. Open the client workspace and expand Client details. The client label and local review date can be edited without rewriting the content of a published Shared Support Plan.

Building a Shared Support Plan

The three-step plan builder and what belongs in a client-facing plan.

What are the three plan-building steps?
  1. Client and plan — name the plan and add the details that guide the draft.
  2. Build plan — work moment by moment, adding, removing, and adjusting supports.
  3. Review and share — check the client-facing plan, then publish the version when it is ready.
What is the Review date?

Review date is an optional local reminder for your Professional workspace. It is used to surface scheduled review work when the date arrives or passes.

The review date stays local and is not included in the plan shared with the client.

What does “Shared by” mean?

Shared by is an optional client-facing sender label. Use a professional role or team label, such as “Support team,” rather than a client name or record number.

Can I change durations or instructions for supports?

Yes. The draft is editable before publication. You can add/remove supports, move them between moments, adjust duration, and review the support wording and safety/context information before sharing.

Can I preview exactly what the client will see?

Yes. Use Client preview during Review and share. The preview is there so you can check the client-facing plan before publishing it.

Publishing & secure sharing

Why recovery setup comes first, how encrypted sharing works, and what an expiring link actually means.

Why does SensyCues ask me to set up recovery before the first publish?

Professional plan updates rely on local workspace identity and recovery information. Before the first publish, SensyCues asks you to set a recovery password so the Professional workspace can be safely backed up.

Why can sharing be locked until I make a backup?

After publishing a new client relationship, SensyCues requires a current encrypted whole-workspace backup before sharing is unlocked for that new relationship.

One current workspace backup can protect multiple current clients/relationships. You do not need a separate backup file for every draft.

How is a Shared Support Plan protected when I share it?

The plan is encrypted on your device before it is shared. SensoryGift cannot read the contents of the encrypted plan package.

You can share using an encrypted link or an encrypted file, depending on the workflow available on your device.

If an encrypted link expires, does the published plan disappear from my workspace?

No. The encrypted shared copy can expire according to the share settings, but the published plan saved in your Professional workspace does not expire just because the link does.

Can I revoke an encrypted plan link?

Yes. When a managed encrypted share is still active, SensyCues provides a revoke option. You can also create a fresh secure share from the published plan when needed.

What does “Delete after successful import” do?

When that option is enabled, a successful client import can remove the active encrypted relay copy after the client receives it. Your own published plan remains in your Professional workspace.

Plan updates & version history

Updating a published plan without overwriting the record of what was previously shared.

Does editing a published plan overwrite the old version?

No. Published plans are kept as versioned records. A plan update creates the next draft/version rather than rewriting the previously published version.

Will the client be able to see what changed?

When you publish an update, SensyCues can show a client-facing change summary compared with the previous published version.

Why does SensyCues care about using the same browser/device for future updates?

The Professional workspace keeps the local identity used to verify trusted plan-update continuity. Keeping the same browser or installed app available is the simplest path.

If you need to move to another device, use a current encrypted Professional backup so the workspace and trusted-update information can be restored together.

Can I re-share an already published plan?

Yes. A published plan remains in the client workspace and can be shared again deliberately without creating a new plan version just to generate another secure share.

Client-shared progress reports

Opening encrypted reports, reviewing what the client chose to share, and deciding whether the plan needs an update.

How does a client send progress back to me?

The client chooses whether to prepare and share plan progress from their Personal SensyCues app. You can open the encrypted report link or choose an encrypted report file in the client workspace.

Does an imported client report get mixed into my Personal SensyCues history?

No. Imported Professional reports stay read-only and separate from Personal SensyCues support attempts, Personal Reports, and recommendation learning.

Does SensyCues show information the client did not choose to share?

Client-shared reports are built from what the client deliberately included in that progress share. Client-selected note excerpts remain optional and are not automatically treated as unrestricted private notes.

What can I do after reviewing a progress report?

You can use the progress to create/update the plan, or choose Mark reviewed — keep current plan when the published plan should stay as it is.

Can I delete an imported report?

Yes. The client workspace includes report management for imported reports. Deleting a report removes that local Professional report record; it does not rewrite the client’s Personal SensyCues history.

Scheduled reviews

Why reviewing a client report and completing a scheduled plan review are not always the same task.

What makes a client appear under Reviews due?

A locally scheduled review becomes due when its review date arrives or passes. Overview brings those scheduled reviews into the work queue.

I marked a client report reviewed. Why does the plan still say Review due?

Because these can be two separate tasks. Mark reviewed — keep current plan closes that report review. If the plan’s scheduled review date is also due, you still need to complete the scheduled review.

What happens when I complete a scheduled review and keep the current plan?

You can keep the current published plan and choose a future next review date or choose no next review date, depending on what fits the client’s situation.

If I publish an updated plan, what happens to the review schedule?

The new published version becomes the current plan and uses the review timing chosen for that updated version. Older published versions stay in version history.

Professional Summaries

Turning published plan history and client-shared progress into reviewable documentation without hiding the sources.

What is a Progress & Support Summary?

A Professional Summary is a documentation-ready summary built from published plan history and the client-shared progress reports you choose to include.

Drafts and saved summaries stay inside that client workspace.

Do I need a client progress report to make a summary?

Not always. A published plan is required, but a plan-only summary can still be prepared when no shared progress reports fall within the selected period.

Can I choose which reports are included?

Yes. Summary setup lets you review the source period and selected reports before generating wording. If report date ranges overlap, SensyCues avoids counting the same recorded activity twice.

Are client-selected notes automatically included?

No. Client-selected note excerpts are optional and off by default. Only notes the client deliberately chose to share in selected reports can be included.

Can I edit the summary wording?

Yes. The summary workflow includes a wording-review step so you can work section by section before saving or using the summary in your documentation workflow.

Does a newer report change an older saved summary?

No. Earlier saved summaries stay unchanged when new information arrives. You can prepare a new/updated summary when you want to incorporate newer progress.

Templates, starter structures & professional supports

Reusing useful plan structure without copying a client relationship or published record.

What are Professional plan templates?

Templates are reusable starting structures for another client draft. SensyCues includes starter templates and lets you save reviewed plan structure as a reusable template.

Does a saved template contain the original client’s record?

No. A reusable template receives independent support-item identities and does not carry the original client, plan lineage, version, review date, signing identity, report history, or share history into the new client draft.

Can I edit or delete a saved template?

Yes. Saved templates can be reviewed, edited, or deleted from Templates. Deleting a template does not delete existing client drafts or published plans that were created from it.

Should I treat a starter template as an automatic recommendation?

No. Starter templates are examples and editable starting points. Review fit, access, preferences, consent, safety, and context before publishing a plan.

Can I keep professional supports I use often?

Yes. The Professional workspace can keep reusable professional supports and Professional favorites to make future plan building faster.

Professional backup, recovery & moving devices

Protecting the entire Professional workspace, including the information needed for trusted future plan updates.

Is the Professional backup the same as a Personal SensyCues backup?

No. Professional workspace recovery is separate from Personal SensyCues backup/import. A Professional restore replaces Professional workspace data only. Personal profiles, Personal plans, supports, logs, and Apps Pro purchase access are not replaced by it.

What does a Professional backup contain?

A whole-workspace Professional backup can include current clients, drafts, published plans, reports, summaries, templates, Professional favorites, and the trusted-update/signing information needed to continue protected client relationships.

Is the Professional backup encrypted?

Yes. You set a Professional recovery password, and SensyCues creates an encrypted whole-workspace recovery file.

What do I need to restore on a new device?

You need both:

  • the encrypted Professional backup file; and
  • the recovery password used when that file was created.

The password alone cannot retrieve the workspace.

Does choosing a backup file immediately overwrite my current workspace?

No. Restore is staged. SensyCues first reads safe file information, then asks for the recovery password, decrypts and validates with no writes, and shows a final replacement review before anything is changed.

Should I back up the current workspace before restoring another one?

Yes if there is Professional work on the current device that you may need. The restore flow offers a way to download a current workspace backup before the final replacement.

What happens if I change my Professional recovery password?

The new password is used for future backups. After changing it, create and confirm a new whole-workspace backup immediately. Existing trusted client relationships do not reset just because the recovery password changed.

Why does SensyCues ask me to confirm that I actually saved the backup file?

Your browser/device can download the encrypted file, but SensyCues cannot verify where Safari or the operating system stored it. Confirming the file was saved marks that recovery point as current.

Keep the encrypted backup somewhere you can find again, together with the recovery password.

Archiving & permanently deleting a client

Removing a client from active work without accidentally destroying the record.

What happens when I archive a client?

Archiving removes the client from active lists and dashboard metrics, but keeps the client’s plans, reports, and share history available. An archived client can be restored to active work later.

Is permanent deletion the same as archiving?

No. Permanent deletion is an advanced action available for an archived client. It deletes that local client record and related Professional records from the device.

SensyCues offers Create Professional backup first before permanent deletion. Use it if there is any chance you may need the client record again.
What does permanent client deletion remove?

It removes that local client record, its draft and published versions, imported reports, saved Professional summaries, client-specific signing identity, related Professional receipts, and pending Professional operations.

It does not delete other clients or Personal SensyCues data.

Does SensyCues try to revoke active shared links before permanent deletion?

Yes. SensyCues attempts to revoke currently known active plan links before local deletion. If the relay service cannot be reached, an encrypted relay copy may remain temporarily until its normal expiry/cleanup.

Privacy, scope & Founding Early Access

What Professional is designed for today — and what it is not claiming to be.

Is SensyCues Professional an EHR or medical-record system?

No. SensyCues Professional is not an EHR or medical-record system. It is an individual professional support-planning and review workspace.

Does SensoryGift claim HIPAA/BAA or institutional compliance for SensyCues Professional?

No. During Founding Early Access, SensoryGift does not claim HIPAA/BAA or institutional compliance for SensyCues Professional.

Use non-identifying client labels where practical and do not use the product as a replacement for an organization’s required clinical, educational, legal, or institutional record system.
Who is the current Professional workspace intended for?

The current Founding Early Access is for individual professional use. Institutional/organization compliance workflows are not being represented as part of this release.

What language is SensyCues Professional currently available in?

The Professional workspace is currently available in English. The Personal SensyCues app has separate language support.

Does my local client label get sent in a Shared Support Plan?

No. The client label and local review date remain on your device. Use a client-facing professional/team label only where the published plan specifically asks for “Shared by.”

Can SensoryGift read an encrypted plan just because I used an encrypted share link?

The Professional workspace encrypts the plan on the device before sharing. The encrypted relay is not intended to expose readable plan content to SensoryGift.

Troubleshooting

What to try without risking client records, published plans, or recovery continuity.

The Professional workspace will not open
  1. Close SensyCues and open it again.
  2. If possible, reopen while online.
  3. Check Updates & Known Issues.
  4. If the workspace still does not open, report the problem.
Do not clear browser/site data as your first troubleshooting step. If the workspace still opens at all, create a current encrypted Professional backup before any destructive browser-storage troubleshooting.
A client workspace would not open

Retry opening that client from Clients or Overview. A failed open should not delete the saved draft, published plan, or reports.

If it keeps failing, report the client-workspace error without sending the client’s private content.

I cannot publish the first plan

Check whether Professional recovery has been set up. The first publish requires the recovery password setup needed for protected Professional backup/recovery.

I published a plan but sharing is still locked

A new client relationship may require a current encrypted whole-workspace backup before sharing is unlocked. Open Professional data protection, create the backup, save the file, and confirm that you saved it.

I received a client report but SensyCues says the scheduled review is still due

That can be correct. Reviewing a client-shared report and completing the plan’s scheduled review are separate when both are due. Finish the scheduled review or publish an updated version as appropriate.

My Professional access says expired or cannot be verified

Existing clients, published plans, reports, backup, and restore should remain available. Use Check access status or Restore access while online.

If the trial has ended, there is no second trial; choose the monthly continuation if you want active Professional access.

I moved to another device and my clients are missing

Professional workspace data is local to the installation unless you restore it from an encrypted Professional backup. Use the backup file plus its recovery password to restore the Professional workspace.

Restoring account access alone does not recreate local client data.

I found an accessibility problem

Please report it. Useful details include whether the issue involved screen-reader labels, keyboard access, focus, modal/dialog behavior, text size, zoom, orientation, contrast, or another access need.

Still need Professional help?

Report the problem or contact support

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. For technical troubleshooting, avoid sending client-identifying information unless it is genuinely necessary.

Founding feedback about workflow, wording, features, or the early-access experience can also be sent through the Professional workspace’s feedback option.
