Does Apps Pro include SensyCues Professional?
No. Apps Pro does not unlock the SensyCues Professional workspace. SensyCues Professional is a separate professional workspace and entitlement. Active SensyCues Professional access includes Apps Pro capabilities while Professional access remains active.
If I have SensyCues Professional, do I need to buy Apps Pro too?
No separate Apps Pro purchase is needed just to use the Apps Pro capabilities included with active SensyCues Professional access. If Professional access ends, those included Apps Pro capabilities follow the terms of the Professional entitlement.
Do I need Apps Pro to use the apps?
No. Each app has a useful permanent Free version. Apps Pro adds capacity, deeper tools, premium outputs, personalized creation options, and faster reuse; it does not replace the free core workflows.
Can I use my own photos in ViziCues with Apps Pro?
Yes. Apps Pro includes ViziCues custom activity photo features so reusable activities and routines can use real-life visual cues when those are more meaningful than generic activity visuals.
Where do I go after payment?
Stripe returns you to this Apps Pro page. After the purchase is confirmed, choose ViziCues, SensyCues, or Reset. The purchase covers all three.
How many devices can I use?
Apps Pro supports up to five active devices. Adding a Home Screen app on a device you already use is designed to count as that same device rather than as an extra Apps Pro device.
Will Apps Pro sync all my app data?
No. Your app content stays on your device by default. You choose when to move saved work with a backup or share something through a reviewed cross-app feature.
How do I restore Apps Pro?
Open the Apps Pro area in ViziCues, SensyCues, or Reset and enter the purchase email and restore code from your receipt. This restores paid access without changing your saved app content.
What happens if Apps Pro ends?
Your saved work is not deleted. The apps return to their Free limits, and some items above those limits may become view-only until Apps Pro is active again.
Can I cancel future renewal?
Yes. Active purchasers can open billing management from an app and use Stripe’s customer portal to manage or cancel future renewal. Access continues according to the paid billing period and checkout terms.
