Sensory support plans that keep working beyond the session.
SensyCues Professional helps occupational therapists, educators, and other support professionals build clear sensory support plans, share them with the people using them, review client-selected progress from daily life, and make thoughtful updates without losing the history.
Founding access is currently offered to a small number of individual professionals. Selected participants can try the complete Professional workflow for 60 days free, with no card required, in exchange for candid product feedback.
Use a deep support library, Smart Suggest, favorites, custom supports, and reusable plan templates.
Publish a clear version and share it deliberately by encrypted link, QR, or encrypted file.
Review what was tried, what seemed helpful, what needs attention, and what may need another look.
The complete support loop
A shared plan should not be the end of the conversation.
Many support plans stop at the handout. SensyCues Professional is built around what happens next: the plan is used in daily life, progress can return when the client chooses to share it, and the next version can reflect what was actually learned.
Build
Create a focused plan around real moments, supports, guidance, and the purpose of the plan.
Share
Preview the exact client-facing plan, publish a version, and choose a deliberate sharing method.
Use
The client receives the plan in SensyCues and can use supports in the context of everyday life.
Review
When the client chooses to share progress, review the structured snapshot tied to that plan.
Update
Keep the current plan or create a new version without erasing the plan and feedback that came before it.
Build without starting from scratch
Start with depth. Finish with your professional judgment.
SensyCues Professional includes a large support library and fast ways to find a starting point, while keeping the professional in control of what belongs in the final plan.
- 399 built-in supports across 11 categories. Search the full catalog or browse by category without a hidden short list.
- Smart Suggest, Library, Favorites, and Custom. Move between discovery methods without rebuilding the plan.
- Reusable Professional templates. Save useful plan structures and reuse them without linking one client’s records to another.
- Moment-first planning. Shape supports around the parts of the day or situations where they are meant to be used.
- Professional-created custom supports. Add the wording, duration, guidance, and client-facing detail the plan actually needs.
Built-in content and Smart Suggest are starting tools, not diagnoses, assessments, or automatic treatment recommendations. The professional decides what belongs in the plan.
Exact client preview
See what the client will receive before you publish it.
Review and share is a real decision point, not a generic export screen. The Professional workspace shows the client-facing plan before publication so the structure, wording, duration, and guidance can be checked in context.
- Preview the actual client presentation. The plan does not transform into a completely different hierarchy after sharing.
- Publish a specific version. Published versions remain unchanged instead of being silently overwritten by later edits.
- Choose deliberate sharing. Use an encrypted link, QR route, or encrypted file depending on the situation.
- Keep the local client label local by default. The Professional client label is not added to the shared plan package.
Client-controlled progress
Logging an outcome does not automatically report it to the professional.
The client can use the plan and keep everyday support logging local. When they decide to share progress, SensyCues shows a disclosure review first so they can see what the structured report contains before sending it.
- Nothing is sent just because a support was logged. Progress sharing is a separate, deliberate action.
- The client reviews the report before sharing. Tried activity, skipped activity, outcomes, and no-activity state are presented truthfully.
- Private notes are not automatically included. Notes are available only when individually selected for the report.
- The Professional receives a read-only snapshot. Imported progress does not rewrite the client’s personal SensyCues history.
The report represents the shared plan for the selected period. The client decides whether to send it. Unrelated SensyCues history stays local.
“The quieter setup helped most before independent work.”
Versioned follow-through
Update the plan without losing the story that led to the update.
Client-shared progress can lead to a professional review decision: keep the current plan, or create an informed update. A new version does not erase the version the client previously received.
- Keep published history intact. Published plan versions remain readable as part of the client workspace history.
- Create a Draft v2 from the existing relationship. The update starts with context rather than rebuilding everything from zero.
- Show the client what changed. Added, removed, updated, and still-included supports can be reviewed before anything changes on the client side.
- Nothing changes automatically. The client can review the updated plan before deciding whether to use it.
4 supports · shared and used as the baseline for client-selected progress.
Helpful pattern visible for two supports; one support needs attention; one has not been tried enough yet.
Keep what is working, adjust one difficult support, and add a lower-demand option.
Progress & Support Summary
Turn the plan history and reviewed progress into something useful for the next conversation.
The Professional Summary brings selected published-plan history and reviewed client-shared progress into a clear local working document for review, meetings, or documentation.
- Active Supports — what is currently included in the plan.
- Client-Reported Response — what the reviewed client-shared evidence says without overstating the data.
- What Changed — a readable account of plan changes across versions.
- Supports That May Need Review and Not Tried / Not Enough Information — keeps difficult outcomes and missing evidence distinct.
- Client-Selected Notes, Supports for Documentation, and Professional Context / Follow-Up — controlled sections for the professional’s working summary.
The Summary is a professional working document. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, write an IEP/504, replace clinical documentation, or act as a medical record.
Designed around deliberate sharing
Keep the workspace local. Share only what the workflow actually needs.
SensyCues Professional is intentionally different from an account-first cloud record system. Professional work is local-first, recovery is deliberate, and plan/report sharing is a separate action rather than background sync.
Local-first Professional workspace
Client labels, drafts, published versions, imported reports, templates, and saved summaries live in the Professional workspace on the device by default.
Encrypted Professional recovery
The Professional workspace has its own encrypted backup and restore path so recovery is separate from normal SensyCues consumer backups and purchase access.
Intentional exchange
Plans and progress are shared deliberately. The relay stores an encrypted package for the selected sharing window; it does not receive the package decryption key.
SensyCues Professional is not an EHR, billing platform, diagnostic system, formal assessment, institutional medical-record system, or organization-wide team account. SensoryGift does not currently offer a BAA for SensyCues Professional and does not position it as a HIPAA-compliant clinical record system. During Founding Early Access, use fictional or non-identifying client labels and do not enter protected health information.
Founding Early Access
Help shape SensyCues Professional while using the complete workflow.
I’m inviting a small number of occupational therapists, educators, and other support professionals to try SensyCues Professional before broader release.
Selected founding participants receive 60 days of Professional access free, with no card required. In return, I’m looking for candid feedback about workflow fit, language and terminology, what feels genuinely useful, what feels awkward, and anything that does not work as expected.
Early access is for individual professional use and is currently English-only. Please use fictional or non-identifying client labels and avoid protected health information. Access is selective; submitting a request does not guarantee an invitation.

Frequently asked questions
About SensyCues Professional
Who is SensyCues Professional for?
It is designed for individual professionals such as occupational therapists, educators, and other support professionals who create sensory or regulation support plans and want a clearer loop from plan creation to client use, client-selected progress, plan review, and updates.
Is SensyCues Professional the same as Apps Pro?
No. SensoryGift Apps Pro is the optional upgrade for the consumer ViziCues, SensyCues, and Reset apps. SensyCues Professional is a separate Professional workspace and entitlement. Professional access can also grant Apps Pro capabilities, so a Professional user does not need a separate Apps Pro purchase for those included capabilities while Professional access is active.
Does the client need a Professional account?
No Professional account is required on the client side. The professional shares the plan deliberately, and the receiving person can review and use it in SensyCues. The exact receiving path depends on the chosen sharing method and device.
Does client logging automatically send information back?
No. Logging and outcome notes remain local unless the client later chooses to share progress. Before sharing, the client reviews the structured report. Private notes are included only when individually selected.
What happens when a plan is updated?
Published versions stay unchanged in the Professional history. The professional can create and publish a new version, and the client can review what changed before deciding whether to use the updated plan. Nothing changes automatically.
Can I use the Progress & Support Summary for documentation?
The Summary is designed as a clear professional working document and can be copied for documentation or printed/saved as PDF. It does not write clinical documentation for you, diagnose, recommend treatment, write an IEP/504, or act as a medical record.
Is SensyCues Professional HIPAA compliant or offered with a BAA?
No BAA is currently offered, and SensyCues Professional should not be treated as a HIPAA-compliant EHR or institutional medical-record system. During Founding Early Access, use fictional or non-identifying client labels and do not enter protected health information.
Where does Professional workspace data live?
The Professional workspace is local-first. Professional client labels, plans, versions, imported reports, templates, and summaries stay on the device by default. SensyCues Professional also provides a separate encrypted Professional backup and restore flow for recovery.
What happens if Professional access ends?
Existing saved Professional work remains readable. Paid creation or advanced actions may be restricted when entitlement is no longer active, but the product is designed so existing local work is not simply erased because access ends.
How does Founding Early Access work?
Access is currently selective. Submit a short request and explain your role and what you want to try. Selected participants receive 60 days of Professional access free with no card required. Once inside, the Professional workspace includes a Founding feedback route for workflow, terminology, feature, and bug feedback.
