Choose what you need help with
SensyCues Personal is organized around Today, Library, and Reports. Start with the part of the app you were using.
Did something suddenly change or stop working?
Check Updates & Known Issues first. If your problem is not listed there, you can report it from SensyCues or contact support below.
Today & Smart Suggest
Planning a few supports for the day, getting help in the moment, and changing the plan without starting over.
What is Today’s support plan?
Today is where you keep the supports you want available for the current day. You can build a small support rhythm around parts of the day such as Morning, Transitions, Focus time, Afternoon, Evening, Bedtime, or other moments that fit your day.
A Today plan is meant to stay editable. You can add, change, move, remove, use, skip, or review supports as the day changes.
How do I build a support plan for Today?
From an empty Today screen, choose Build a simple plan. SensyCues asks what you are planning for, creates a small starter rhythm, and lets you review the supports before saving the plan for today.
You can choose a whole day or a smaller scope such as Morning, Transitions, After school/work, Evening, Bedtime, Travel/errands, a low-energy day, or a custom rhythm.
What is “Need a support now?”
Use Need a support now? when you do not want to build or edit the full day first. Choose what feels closest in the moment and SensyCues gives you one simple support to consider.
You can choose something different before trying it, and you can browse the full Library if the first suggestion does not fit.
What does Smart Suggest change?
Smart Suggest can fill empty support spots and refresh suggestions that you have not chosen to keep. You stay in control of the plan.
Can I use Smart Suggest for just one spot?
Yes. You can use Smart Suggest to choose or replace a support for an individual part of Today instead of rebuilding the whole plan.
What happens if I clear supports from Today?
Clearing Today removes the planned supports from the current Today view. It does not erase activity you already logged or the history used by Reports.
What happens to unfinished supports on the next day?
SensyCues can carry forward genuinely unfinished planned supports from the most recent day. Supports that were already used/logged, skipped, removed, missed, or reviewed are not carried forward as unfinished work.
Carrying a support forward does not create a fake outcome or pretend it was used on the earlier day.
Support Library & Favorites
Finding a support, narrowing the Library, saving favorites, and adding a support to Today.
What is in the Support Library?
The SensyCues Library contains the built-in support collection plus your own active custom supports. The current app includes hundreds of built-in support options.
You can browse All, Favorites, or Custom.
How do I find a support that fits the situation?
Use Library search or filters. You can narrow supports by category, goal, intensity, school-friendly fit, and practical quick filters such as seated, discreet, public-safe, noisy place, small space, no equipment, low energy, office-safe, classroom-safe, travel, or bedtime.
Filters only narrow what you see. They do not permanently remove supports from your Library.
What are Favorites?
Use the star on a support to keep it easy to find again. Favorite supports appear in the Library’s Favorites view and can also be easier to choose when adding supports to Today.
How do I add a Library support to Today?
Choose a support in the Library, then choose where it should appear in today’s plan. SensyCues lets you place it into the part of the day that makes sense instead of silently deciding for you.
Can I try a support without saving it to a plan?
Yes. You can open a support and try it directly. Starting or completing a support can be logged, and you can add an outcome when you are ready.
Custom supports
Creating your own reusable supports when the built-in Library does not match what you need.
Can I make my own SensyCues support?
Yes. Open Library → Custom and choose Create support. You can add a name, short instructions, situations it may fit, age fit, places it can work, setup level, intensity, category, duration, search words, and an optional safety/care note.
Custom supports stay with the current local profile unless you include them in a backup.
How many custom supports are included with SensyCues Free?
SensyCues Free includes up to 3 active custom supports. Apps Pro removes the active custom-support limit.
Archived custom supports do not use one of the 3 Free slots.
What happens if I remove a custom support from the Library?
Removing a custom support archives it from the active Library. Existing plans and logged history that refer to that support are kept.
You can manage archived custom supports and restore one later if you have an available Free slot or Apps Pro.
What happens to my custom supports if Apps Pro ends?
Existing custom supports are not deleted or hidden just because Apps Pro ends. You can continue using, editing, logging, exporting, and backing up existing supports.
If you are above the Free limit, creating or restoring another active custom support requires Apps Pro or reducing the number of active custom supports.
Saved support-plan templates
Keeping a reusable support setup without saving outcomes or private review details into the template.
What is a SensyCues template?
A template is a reusable support plan you can use again on another day. You can save the current Today setup as a template, then use, rename, update, duplicate, or delete templates from the Templates area.
Do outcomes or private notes get saved into a template?
No. Templates are for the support-plan setup. Outcomes, private notes, and review details are not saved into the template.
How many templates can I save with SensyCues Free?
SensyCues Free includes up to 3 saved support-plan templates. Apps Pro removes the template creation limit.
What happens to extra templates if Apps Pro ends?
SensyCues preserves templates above the Free allowance instead of deleting them. They remain available to use, but templates above the Free limit can become read-only until Apps Pro is restored or you reduce the number of saved templates.
If I use a template today, what happens to outcomes I already logged today?
Using a saved template changes the support plan you are using for Today. Outcomes that were already logged for the day stay in today’s log rather than being erased by the template.
Logging supports & reviewing the day
Recording what you tried, whether it helped, and correcting a log later.
What can I record after trying a support?
SensyCues can record whether a support helped, made no noticeable change, made things harder, or you are not sure. Notes are optional.
A private note stays local by default and is not automatically added to a report you share.
What is Review Today?
Review Today gives you a quick way to catch up when planned supports were used or handled but still need an outcome review.
You can review supports one at a time instead of filling out a long form for the whole day.
Can I log a support I used earlier or on a past day?
Yes. Use Log support to add a support you used today or on a past date. You can choose the support, outcome, context/moment, and optional details such as approximate time, duration, before/after intensity, feelings, and a private note.
A manual historical log records what you remember; it does not rewrite a past daily plan.
Can I correct or delete a support log?
Yes. History lets you review saved logs, correct them, or delete a log. Reports are recalculated from the saved records, so a correction changes the report ranges that include that date.
Reports & History
Looking back at support logs without turning everyday tracking into a requirement.
What does the Reports tab show?
Reports helps you review what happened, what may be worth repeating, and what may need more care next time. The main report areas are Overview, Patterns, and History.
What reporting is included with SensyCues Free?
SensyCues Free keeps the core reporting useful:
- 7-day Overview;
- a basic summary you can copy, share, or print;
- complete searchable History management;
- the ability to review, correct, add notes to, or delete local logs;
- manual historical support logging; and
- manual backup and import.
What reporting does Apps Pro add?
Apps Pro adds the full Patterns workspace, 30-day and all-local-data analytics, deeper pattern and insight views, visual report snapshots, detailed printable reports, CSV export, and richer output options.
Your older records do not disappear if you use Free. Full History remains searchable and manageable.
Are private notes automatically included when I share a report?
No. Private notes are excluded from the summary cards by default. If you deliberately turn notes on for a detailed output, SensyCues asks you to review the privacy warning before continuing.
Does SensyCues make medical conclusions from my reports?
No. SensyCues uses cautious language around support patterns and outcomes. Reports summarize your locally saved support activity; they are not a diagnosis, medical assessment, or treatment recommendation.
Profiles
Keeping plans, supports, logs, and reports organized without requiring private identity details.
What is a SensyCues profile for?
A profile keeps one person’s SensyCues plans, custom supports, logs, and reports together. Optional profile choices can also gently help Smart Suggest rank supports that may fit better.
What personal information does a profile need?
SensyCues does not need a legal name, diagnosis, date of birth, school, provider, or therapist just to create a Personal profile. A nickname is optional.
You can optionally choose a broad support style/age fit and a common environment such as Home, School/Classroom, Public/Errands, Office/Work, Mixed, or leave those choices unset.
Do profile choices hide parts of the Library?
No. Support style and default environment are soft ranking signals for Smart Suggest. They do not remove universal supports from the Library.
How many profiles are included with SensyCues Free?
SensyCues Free includes 1 active profile. Apps Pro adds multiple separate local profiles.
What happens to extra profiles if Apps Pro ends?
Extra profiles are preserved rather than erased. You can still review their History, export them, or safely delete them. Apps Pro is required to keep multiple profiles active for normal ongoing use.
Sending a support to ViziCues
Moving an appropriate support into a visual schedule without sending your private SensyCues history with it.
Can I send a SensyCues support to ViziCues?
Yes. An eligible support can be reviewed and sent to ViziCues so it can be placed into a visual schedule. ViziCues confirms the placement and uses its own visual for the schedule.
What information is sent to ViziCues?
The handoff is deliberately limited to the safe information ViziCues needs for the support, such as the support identity, title, duration, broad goal/category, and safe moment/placement information.
Can every SensyCues support be sent to ViziCues?
No. Some supports are better kept inside SensyCues because they are not appropriate visual-schedule blocks or need more care/review before being used that way.
Do I need Apps Pro to send a support to ViziCues?
No. Sending one eligible support at a time to ViziCues stays available in Free. Apps Pro adds the time-saving option to review and send the full eligible support day at once.
Backup & moving to a new device
Protecting Personal SensyCues data and understanding merge, replace, and Apps Pro restore.
Do I need Apps Pro to back up SensyCues?
No. Manual backup and import are included with SensyCues Free. SensyCues uses backup files you control and does not require a cloud account to make or restore a Personal backup.
What does a Personal SensyCues backup include?
A full Personal backup can include local profiles, support plans, planned supports, outcome/support logs, the source data used by Reports, private local notes, favorites, custom supports, Shared Support Plan relationships, and safe app settings.
Payment details, Apps Pro access/device tokens, restore codes, and report files you already downloaded are not part of the Personal backup.
Why should I keep my backup file private?
A backup can contain private Personal notes and support history. Store it somewhere you trust and only import backup files you recognize.
What is the difference between “Import and merge” and “Replace local data”?
- Import and merge adds records from the backup while skipping records with the same IDs.
- Replace local data clears the current local Personal SensyCues data first and replaces it with the backup.
Does importing a backup restore Apps Pro too?
No. Personal app data and Apps Pro access are separate. Importing or replacing Personal SensyCues data does not change your Apps Pro purchase/restore details.
How do I move SensyCues to another phone, tablet, or browser?
- Export a fresh Personal backup from the device/browser that still has your SensyCues data.
- Keep the backup file somewhere you can reach from the new device.
- Open SensyCues on the new device/browser.
- Choose the backup file and review whether you want to merge or replace local Personal data.
- If Apps Pro is not recognized on the new device, restore paid access separately.

Does one Apps Pro purchase cover SensyCues, ViziCues, and Reset?
Yes. SensoryGift Apps Pro is shared across ViziCues, SensyCues, and Reset. Each app unlocks features that fit that app.
I already paid for Apps Pro. Why does SensyCues say Free?
Make sure the device is online, then open More → Apps Pro access and choose the restore option. SensyCues can restore with the purchase email and restore code from your receipt.
The restore code is checked during the restore process and is not saved in the app.
If restore still fails, check Updates & Known Issues and contact support with the exact message you see.
What happens to my data if Apps Pro expires?
Your Personal SensyCues data is not deleted because Apps Pro expires. Free features continue to work, and existing data above a Free creation limit is preserved according to that feature’s rules.
For example, existing custom supports remain usable; extra templates are preserved; and extra profiles are not erased.
Install, offline use, language & accessibility
Using SensyCues as an installed app and changing presentation without paying for accessibility.
Do I have to install SensyCues?
No. SensyCues can be used in a supported browser. Installing it or adding it to a Home Screen gives you a more app-like way to open it.
How do I add SensyCues to my Home Screen?
Open SensyCues in your browser and use the browser’s Install or Add to Home Screen option.
- iPhone/iPad Safari: use Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Other supported browsers/devices: look for Install app or Add to Home Screen in the browser menu.
Can SensyCues work offline?
The core app is designed to remain useful offline after it has loaded successfully on the device. Your local Library, Today data, logs, and manual backup/restore do not require a cloud account.
Some actions still need internet access, including Apps Pro purchase/restore checks, opening website pages, and cross-device sharing paths that rely on an online connection.
What languages are available?
Personal SensyCues includes English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. If a translated phrase is missing, SensyCues falls back to clear English rather than showing a broken label.
The separate Professional workspace is currently English-only.
Are appearance and accessibility settings part of Apps Pro?
No. Appearance and accessibility controls are available to every user and are not Apps Pro-gated. SensyCues includes controls for theme, motion, text size, contrast, layout, and language.
Troubleshooting
What to try when SensyCues is not behaving the way you expect.
Today is missing or did not load correctly
- Close SensyCues and open it again.
- If possible, reopen it while online.
- Check Updates & Known Issues.
- If Today still does not load, report the problem rather than clearing your data.
The Support Library may still work even when Today cannot load correctly.
Smart Suggest changed something I wanted to keep
Smart Suggest is designed to keep supports you explicitly kept, supports already used, and Professional Shared Plan supports in place.
If one of those protected supports was replaced, report the problem and include which part of Today it happened in.
My custom-support limit looks wrong
SensyCues Free includes up to 3 active custom supports. Archived supports do not use a Free slot.
If you recently archived or restored a support and the count does not update, close and reopen SensyCues before reporting the issue.
My Reports are empty or the numbers look wrong
Reports are built from your saved support logs. Check History first to confirm the relevant logs are present and dated correctly.
If a log is wrong, correct it in History rather than trying to change the report directly. If the underlying logs look right but the report does not, report the problem.
My data seems to be missing on another device or browser
Personal SensyCues data does not automatically sync to every device. Check whether you are using the same device, browser, and profile where the information was originally saved.
If you moved devices, use your most recent Personal SensyCues backup.
A Shared Plan update appeared, but Today still shows the earlier version
That can be correct. SensyCues does not silently replace a Shared Plan version already being used in Today. Open Shared plans and choose whether you want to update Today to the newer saved version.
A button does nothing or the app suddenly behaves differently
- Close SensyCues and reopen it.
- Reopen while online if you can.
- Check Updates & Known Issues.
- If it continues, use More → Report a problem or contact support below.
I found an accessibility problem
Please report it through the same support route. Useful details include whether the issue involved screen-reader labels, keyboard access, focus, text size, contrast, motion, layout, orientation, or another accessibility need.
Privacy & your SensyCues data
Where Personal data is kept, what gets shared, and how to report a problem without sending private records.
Where is my Personal SensyCues data stored?
Personal SensyCues saves your profiles, plans, logs, custom supports, preferences, and report source data on the device/browser you use by default.
That is why a backup is the safest protection before replacing a device, deleting an installed app, or clearing browser/site data.
Do I need an account for normal Personal SensyCues use?
No account is required for the core Personal SensyCues experience. Apps Pro purchase and restore use separate purchase verification, but that does not turn your Personal support history into a cloud account.
What does SensyCues share automatically?
Personal support data stays on the device by default. Sharing happens when you deliberately use a share/export/handoff feature, such as sharing a report, sending an eligible support to ViziCues, or sharing progress from a Shared Support Plan.
What technical information is included when I use Report a problem?
SensyCues can include safe technical details such as the app/release state, device/browser family, the general screen context, and recent content-free actions.
The built-in diagnostics are designed not to include your notes, plan content, profile details, private links, passwords, or other local Personal data.
What should I include when I contact support?
The most useful report includes:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- which part of SensyCues you were using;
- whether you were in a browser tab or installed/Home Screen app;
- your device/browser, if you know them;
- the exact error message, if one appeared; and
- a screenshot when useful and safe to share.
Still need SensyCues help?
Report the problem
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. SensyCues also includes More → Report a problem for a quick in-app report with safe technical details.
