Welcome to SensoryGift.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our digital products, including printable kits, schedules, charts, posters, worksheets, and related materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products
All products sold directly through SensoryGift.com are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.
After checkout, you will receive access to download links for your purchased files. Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the digital files under the terms below. It does not transfer ownership of the files, designs, illustrations, text, brand elements, or other intellectual property.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once a file has been delivered or downloaded. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after digital file access has been provided.
If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at support@sensorygift.com and we will help make sure you receive your purchase.
We may, at our discretion, review refund requests for duplicate purchases, accidental technical errors, or other unusual circumstances.
3. License & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, household, classroom, therapy practice, clinic, or care-setting use.
You may:
– Print and use the product for your own home, classroom, therapy practice, clinic, or care setting.
– Share printed copies with your immediate household, your students, your clients, or the individuals you directly support.
– Store the files on your own personal or work device for your permitted use.
You may not:
– Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, or transfer the digital files to others.
– Upload the files to websites, file-sharing services, shared drives, school-wide resource banks, social media, marketplaces, or public platforms.
– Claim the products as your own work.
– Edit, copy, or reuse the designs, illustrations, text, templates, or brand elements to create competing or derivative products.
– Remove copyright notices, branding, or attribution from the files.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of SensoryGift.com.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available checkout providers. SensoryGift.com does not store your full payment card information.
Applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or GST, may be calculated and charged at checkout when required by law.
