ViziCues is designed as a privacy-first, offline-first visual schedule app. This policy explains what is stored locally on your device, when limited information may be processed, and how to contact us with questions.

  • You do not need an account to use the core ViziCues app.
  • Core app content is intended to stay on your device during normal use.
  • ViziCues does not require cloud sync for ordinary schedule building and day-to-day use.
  • If you choose optional purchases, exports, backups, restores, sharing, or support contact, limited information may be processed to provide those services.
  • We do not sell personal data.
This policy applies to the ViziCues app and related support or purchase flows. Public SensoryGift website pages may use standard website tools that are separate from the routine content you create inside the app.

Information stored on your device

To support offline-first use, ViziCues may store information locally in your browser or installed app storage on your device.

  • Schedules and schedule items
  • Custom activities
  • Templates and reusable schedule content
  • Profiles
  • Preferences, view settings, language settings, and accessibility settings
  • Other app data reasonably needed for normal offline use

When information may be processed

Some optional features or actions may involve limited information being processed by SensoryGift or service providers that help deliver those features.

  • Pro purchases and licensing: limited purchase, subscription, or licensing information may be processed to validate or restore access.
  • Payments: payments may be handled by a payment provider. SensoryGift does not need to store your full payment card details inside the app itself.
  • Backups, restores, exports, printing, or sharing: the information involved depends on what you choose to create, save, import, print, or send.
  • Support requests or bug reports: if you contact us, you may provide your email address and any information you choose to include, such as screenshots, device or browser details, exported files, or a description of the issue.

How information may be used

  • To provide or validate optional paid features
  • To help restore access to eligible purchases when appropriate
  • To respond to support requests, bug reports, and questions you send us
  • To maintain the app, improve reliability, and fix bugs
  • To meet legal, accounting, security, or compliance obligations when required

Data retention

Locally stored app content remains on your device until you delete it, clear browser or app storage, uninstall the app, or replace it through your own actions. If you contact support or use paid licensing features, related records may be kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, business, security, accounting, or legal purposes.

Your choices

  • You can use the core app without creating an account.
  • You can delete schedules, templates, profiles, custom activities, and other content from your device.
  • You can decide whether to export, print, share, back up, or restore content.
  • You can decide whether to contact support or send a bug report.

Children’s privacy

ViziCues may be used by families, caregivers, educators, therapists, teens, and adults. The app is generally intended to be set up or managed by a parent, caregiver, educator, therapist, adult user, or other authorized person. We do not design the core app around collecting children’s personal information for normal app use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as ViziCues evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
