Details & Timing

If your file is corrupted or won’t open, we’ll first provide a replacement file. If a working replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund. For duplicate purchases, we’ll refund the duplicate charge.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank timelines can vary.

Physical Products (Future)

If/when we offer shipped items, we’ll publish a separate policy specifying a clear return window (e.g., 30 days), condition requirements, and any costs. That physical-goods policy will apply only to those products.
